Overall, my stay was pleasant with a great location in the heart of Mataram. The rooms are spacious and clean, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the dining not up to par, with limited options and portion sizes. The service could definitely use some improvement, as some staff seemed unaware of the menu offerings. The hotel has lots of potential, but a few tweaks would make it a fantastic place to stay.
