Overall, my stay was pleasant with a great location in the heart of Mataram. The rooms are spacious and clean, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the dining not up to par, with limited options and portion sizes. The service could definitely use some improvement, as some staff seemed unaware of the menu offerings.
